This 104-year-old semi-detached, three story, double brick home was originally a single-family home that was converted to a multi-unit dwelling. In 2021, Greystone converted it back to a single-family home. The major renovations involved gutting the entire home, exposing brick, rafters, sub floor, floor joists and foundation wall. The rear addition was demolished allowing for a larger, new, two-story rear addition with terrace. The basement was underpinned to provide an 8-foot-high finished ceiling. For heating and air conditioning, a Hi-velocity Mechanical system was installed. The plumbing included four bathrooms, a powder room, two laundry rooms, and kitchen sinks and dishwasher. The hot water re-circulating lines were installed to provide instant hot water throughout the home. The existing 200AMP panel was upgraded and new electrical work was installed throughout. In-floor heating was provided in the basement, ground, second and third level flooring. The windows and exterior doors were replaced leaving only the original front entrance door. Engineered, custom-stained white oak flooring was installed on the ground, second and third floor with matching white oak stairs, handrail, and posts with steel balusters. All cabinetry and vanities were custom design and build. The interior doors are solid shaker style. The exterior cladding installed on rear addition is black aluminum panels with horizontal black steel siding. All soffit, fascia, eavestrough and down pipe installed were black aluminum.
